Supervisors Tab of the UDT01 Screen

Use the Supervisors tab of the UDT01 screen to view supervisors for the selected UDT01 in supervisor name order.

If charge security is turned off for your security role, you can also add or delete supervisors for this UDT01. If charge security is turned on for your security role  and your functional role as a supervisor allows you to modify UDT01s, then you can add or delete supervisors for this UDT01.

Note: If your functional role as a supervisor does not allow you to modify accounts, the Add Supervisor and Delete Supervisor table functions are disabled.

Supervisors Table

Field	Description
Supervisor Name	This non-editable column displays the supervisor name for this UDT01.
Supervisor ID	This non-editable column displays the supervisor ID for this UDT01 if your system is configured to show employee IDs.  If the system is not configured to show employee IDs, the column will not display.
Function	This non-editable column displays the functional role name for the supervisor.
